  I tried to generating a crash using  Ctrl’+'Alt’+'SysRq’+1 followed by 
Ctrl’+'Alt’+'SysRq’+t, but no use. Finally I had to do a hard reboot.
  
  Please help me fix this issue; Do let me know if you need any help from
  me.
