I use edgy. I have just checked again and the problem is still around. All mails moved from the local inbox (one by one) to the imap inbox just disappeared. However, moving mail from imap to local works just fine.
I think it's not exactly the same problem as #64317. Thank you for tackling this issue, tell me if you need more information.
