Public bug reported:

I have just completed and upgrade to 13.04, from 12.10 and the ability
to use "Connect to server" within Nautilus (Files?) no longer provides
the ability or prompt to enter alternate credentials. There is no place
in the GUI to perform this task. It results in a login failure to the
remote SMB host since it is using the incorrect username/password
combination.

The SMB server has not been modified, the connectivity worked literally
minutes before the upgrade of Ubuntu started.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
