"gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=123.mpc ! decodebin ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! autoaudiosink" sounds exactly the same as the other broken options..starts at 4 5 6 7 garbles and then ends.
It is interesting that it plays correctly for you. Any suggestions on what to check next?
