Public bug reported: Its in Available mode and there are definitely contacts online, yet the empty list with the No online contacts text is shown. This happens often, but not 100% of the time. This issue did not exist in 12.10. I also see occasional crashes from telepathy-auth and telepathy-gabble (the information has been submitted via apport for those).
