Thanks. I can not interpret what is appearing on the screen since I do not 
understand that language.
It comes only when you log in. After that message disappears,

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I  have Ubuntu 13.10. I have selected  English US as my language. The
  system is i586/64-bit. After I login, I get a notification in another
  language (looks Arabic).

  Description:    Ubuntu 13.10
  Release:    13.10

  I expect messages in English.

  I get message in Arabic (Only this warning) Rest all in English.
