Public bug reported: Description: Ubuntu 13.10 Release: 13.10 brasero: Installed: 3.8.0-1ubuntu3 Candidate: 3.8.0-1ubuntu3 Version table: *** 3.8.0-1ubuntu3 0 500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ saucy/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
When invoked from the Dash, brasero fails to put up its gui, then terminates. When invoked by double clicking on an ISO file, it cannot find the optical drive. Very annoying, as I really want to make a hard copy of the 13.10 ISO for my archive.
