For some reason `nautilus -n` didn't do it, but `killall nautilus; nautilus` did the trick. I.e. after the `killall nautilus` command, XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP works fine, I don't get a title bar when it's GNOME, and I do get the traditional title bar when it's not GNOME. So I clicked "affects me too" on LP: #1277963, thank you. :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1274740 Title: Re-enable traditional titlebar on 'gnome-but-not-shell' sessions too To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1274740/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
