Public bug reported:

If we have opened LibreOffice Calc window, and want to open ANOTHER NEW
LibreOffice Spreadsheet (File, New, Spreadsheet), then the opened window
will be improper: Not heaving a proper header, hence not being able to
be grabbed by pointer. You could use Ctrl+Alt+Right to move resize
window, than it is normal again (meaning: It has header and can be
grabbed, resize etc).

It is reproducible every time. But it maybe not the problem of
LibreOffice, but Ubuntu (Gnome) Window management). See also bug

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1311980

for this my suspicion (Which also shows inconsistencies with LibreOffice
Calc, Thunderbird, Mozilla, namely window just disappear to a single
fine line or a small window of 100 x 10 mm.
