Follow the instructions to add the debugging repository https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash#Debug_Symbol_Packages and install evolution-dbgsym evolution-ews-dbgsym, then run $ gdb evolution and follow the instructions here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace#Generation and attach the file you get to the bugzilla report.
