Something that occurred to me today: the navigation is quite fine as long as the user manages to not place the mouse pointer focus at a bad place. Example:
In the zoom menu, click on "Fit Page". Click on the document to close the drop down menu. Ctrl-Home, Ctrl-End are broken. In the zoom menu, click on "Fit Width", then on the document. Ctrl-Home, Ctrl-End are broken. Click the document again: Ctrl-Home, Ctrl-End are fine. Back on "Fit Page".
