Public bug reported:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ ls -l /var/log/ubuntu-location-service/|wc -l
664
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ sudo du -hcs /var/log/ubuntu-location-service/
22M /var/log/ubuntu-location-service/

seems location service never cleans up its logs, while they are small, the
sheer amount over time occupies a lot of diskspace ...
ubuntu-location-service needs to ship a config in /etc/logrotate.d to make
sure the log subdir gets regulary flushed.
