As of .iso daily live fresh install yesterday, Boots to correct wallpaper. Log in, screen flashes must be some kind of xserver reset, and then wallpaper hashed. gsettings no longer works: gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri 'file:////home/jerry/Pictures/Shark_Island.jpg' Doesn't do anything. Used to reset wallpaper. Have to go to System Settings > Appearance > Wallpapers > Picture Folder select the jpg and it works. May have to do it a couple times. Why is wallpaper just fine on boot, then after log in gets screwed up? Thanks for any ideas. ** Attachment added: "Wallpaper screenshot showing hashing" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1406802/+attachment/4443597/+files/Screenshot%20from%202015-08-12%2014-10-44.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1406802 Title: Vivid Unity Wallpaper horizontally hashed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nautilus/+bug/1406802/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
