Public bug reported:

[SUMMARY]

I've configured power management so that when the laptop is connected to
a power source and the lid is closed it SHOULDN'T suspend, yet it does.

This is a very old and very annoying bug present in earlier versions.

[IMPACT]

Imagine you are working in an environment where you are regularly
down-/uploading bigger files. You would need to leave the computer
running over night for this purpose but cannot with the lid closed.

[REPRODUCTION]

Open Gnome Tweak Tool > Power settings > set to do nothing after lid is
closed when connected to AC > close lid > watch it suspend while it
shouldn't
