I find a way to overcome the problem.

Just run:

1. sudo gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache
2. And then restart Nautilus.

See more info at https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=197793

I am using 15.10 and had the issue.
