Public bug reported:

I have my camera (Canon D700) configured to record RAW+JPG files. So
this generates, say, IMG_1234.CR2 and IMG_1234.JPG.

However when importing these to Shotwell it goes and creates
IMG_1234_embedded.jpg as well.

This is not needed and wastes disk space and slows down importing.

(Possibly related suggestion: It would be fab if Shotwell had an option
to ignore raw files as I only use it for viewing my processed images but
like to keep the raw files around in case I want to tweak again later. )
