Impact
gnome-software just landed in Ubuntu this cycle and still has some reliability
issues
Test case
deb backend
In addition of testing specific fixes listed in the changelog also make sure
there is no functional regressions.
snap backend
the new backend is going to be enable starting with that version, searching for
a snap (e.g "hello-world") should work, installing it should prompt for u1
credentials and successfully install
Regression impact
the snap backend was not enabled before so that shouldn't create new issues,
the deb changes are mostly covered by specific bug reports and the other small
tweaks shouldn't create issues

improvements not matching referenced bugs, we also wants to enable the
snaps backend since it's working well enough for that now
