Currently, when multiple files are open in gedit, there is no way to
tell which tab is active (other than the very hint of shadow around the
tab). It is very difficult to see which one is active.

Please see the attached image, it is very difficult to see which tab is
active.

gedit: 3.18.3-0ubuntu4 500
ubuntu: 16.04.1 LTS
