Public bug reported:

I created a .toc and toc.bin from a cd using Brasero. I noted that
Brasero used to create a .cue and .bin: I last did this on 19 January
2017. When I try to copy the created .toc, Brasero finds it Ok but then
says that it cannot open each of the audio files in the .toc.bin: please
see attached log.
