Debian has packaged 0.25.4+really0.24.5-0.1 (they rolled back from 0.25) in Sid.
I see that the current version in Ubuntu carries a delta though, so a newer version will likely need to be merged from Debian (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Merging).
