Also if you add a second monitor scaling is stuck at the default of the first screen and cannot be changed to anything else.
Note: I am using a laptop with a 15 inch screen and 3200 x 1800 resolution with a second monitor with a 25 inch screen with 2560 x 1440 resolution. The primary monitor is the 25 inch and there is a scaling of 200% applied to the 15 inch.
