Yes, sorry about that. I experience the same on my development machine. I have no idea why that's happening.
Suggestion: Remove the two empty files *.upload and *.uploaded and then in a terminal re-upload the existing crash file: ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_usr_bin_gnome-shell.1000.crash That will take a minute or two to complete but then you will be directed either to an existing bug report, or asked to make a new one. Either way, please let us know here what web page you end up with. When I say "directed" I mean that ubuntu-bug will print a link for you to copy and paste. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1741886 Title: GNOME shell crashes with sig 11 upon monitor disconnect To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1741886/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
