Just noticed it in updated Bionic. After boot uses around 450MB of VRAM and then suddenly jumps to 1200MB and more when only Chrome is running. When Chrome is closed it does not change. Using Geforce 960 GTX with 390 drivers. Freezes and also black streak flashes on one of monitors sometimes. When the process is killed it restarts and drops back to less then 500MB.
