Before I was able to copy and remove files from USB fat32 drive with the terminal even though nemo might not be working but now cannot do it even with terminal. Cannot do it with command rm -r foldername or sudo rm -r foldername The problem has got worse at least in my case using linux mint cinnamon 18.3 with latest updates.
