Thank you for your bug report. GNOME disks as its name suggests is about "disks" not about "mounts", there is no real reason why it should be there. Sounds like it could be a valid wishlist for the file manager (nautilus), even if one could argue if the user knew how to use the command line to mount it then he/she should be able to find the unmount command. (note that nautilus allows mounting ssh locations from the UI, you can then unmount them from there as well)
