I upgraded by using terminal; apt-get update, then, apt-get dist-upgrade.
It did prompt me: for Y or I to update, or N or whatever I don't remember to
leave alone(do nothing?) or for C or whatever it was to see the differences, or
? to do something else. I don't think I understood it was going to change my
setting to it's defaults, maybe I should of since it made a point of stopping
and waiting for my input or guess at how to upgrade it. So I probably choose
the wrong one to keep my settings, but if I choose one of the other things I
don't think it would of updated it, maybe that's one of the differences between
updating and upgrading, but used differently in the Ubuntu World, I am sure
there is a happy medium. Probably not a bug, I just thought I'd let you know
because of the potential to lock people out of the system without them knowing
till it's already happened.
