You filed this bug report under "budgie-artwork" - budgie uses gnome- screensaver, so I've changed the package for the bug-report.
Note though - your bug report also states that your current desktop is "XFCE" - so what are you using? I would recommend that you test this on a clean live session boot of ubuntu budgie 18.04.3 just in-case you have some weird XFCE/Budgie interaction issues. ** Also affects: gnome-screensaver (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** No longer affects: budgie-artwork (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-screensaver in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1842260 Title: lock screen does not fill screen when two monitors are in use To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-screensaver/+bug/1842260/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
