Have the same issue, even reboot didn't help me (but it was working some time ago). I get this in auth log: --------------------------------------- Sep 18 18:28:58 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: gkr-pam: no password is available for user Sep 18 18:28:59 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session opened for user autotest by (uid=0) Sep 18 18:29:00 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session closed for user autotest Sep 18 18:29:00 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: gkr-pam: no password is available for user Sep 18 18:29:01 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session opened for user autotest by (uid=0) Sep 18 18:29:02 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session closed for user autotest Sep 18 18:29:02 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: gkr-pam: no password is available for user Sep 18 18:29:03 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session opened for user autotest by (uid=0) Sep 18 18:29:04 autotest-NUC8i7BEH gdm-autologin]: pam_unix(gdm-autologin:session): session closed for user autotest ....
But user "autotest" has set password, I'm able to login to him over SSH Any idea/workaround?
