It's been an issue for several years, across several ubuntu versions, it has potential critical consequences in some cases, yet it is "low" and "unassigned". I think there are valid reasons to make it a priority. Someone commented that installing the ublock extension fixed the issue, has anyone tried? I'm trying now, and will let you know.
