a new window to choose the destination, but this window shows an error message:
The folder contents could not be displayed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Star a file system object
2. Activate the "Starred" folder
3. Right-click on starred FSO
4. Select "Copy To..." from context menu
5. A new window ("Select Copy Destination") pops up, as well as the error
