Public bug reported:

Steps I take:
Open gnome-software
Go to "Updates" tab
Click "Update" next to "Dell Inc. System Firmware 1.10.1 > 1.12.2"
Click "Restart"
System is restarted without firmware flash
When opening gnome-software the firmware update is still available for
installation

Don't know whether it's a bug of gnome-software or fwupd.
