Whenever my PC is stuttering and I try to right click on Visual Studio
Code to force quit the app, as it was causing the spike in usage, the
gnome sidebar right-click menu appears. However, it remains until an
option is chosen. When the PC is not stuttering and this menu appears, I
am able to close the menu by clicking outside of it, which is the
expected behavior.
