I'am sorry, I tried to update the Mutter with the normal Update Procedures... I'am not capable to Compile or install the Mutter 3.37.4 as you mention/refer to... Instead (as I do not believe that I'am the only person) I installed: Kubuntu 20.04, KDE Plasma 5.18.5 etc. etc, Copy & Paste with LibreOffice works Fine... Even the lay-out and overall the User-Interface has some advantages (of course very personal) but I will be using this Plasma version in the mean time...
