Daniel, thanks; looks like there IS something with the Dropbox app going on as one triggers of this. I changed the Dropbox properties so that Dropbox does not automatically start; turned off Dropbox sync; and turned off the Dropbox app. Shut down the system. When I started the system, it did not suspend? Perhaps this will help to reproduce this issue? Again, as best I could see in the logs, the event immediately before the suspend event was loading a dropbox extension (comment 14 above). Thanks...
