Very minor bug - see attached screenshot.

To Reproduce:
1. Open g-s-m in the larger of two displays
2. Navigate to the either the "Processes" or "Resources" tab
3. Move the g-s-m window to a smaller display
4. Navigate to the "File Systems" tab
5. File system capacity GUI ProgressBar should now be partly off-screen (see 
attached screenshot)
