Thanks. That seems to show the gnome-shell process is freezing for many seconds at a time. There is a hint it might be related to the fprint (fingerprint) service. Separately there is also a kernel crash upon resuming from sleep.
The first thing we should look into is the gnome-shell freeze. Please run these commands to gather more info: apport-collect 1913453 gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.shell > settings.txt and attach the resulting text file here. ** Summary changed: - Xorg freeze + gnome-shell freeze ** Package changed: ubuntu => gnome-shell (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1913453 Title: gnome-shell freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1913453/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
