OK so there are at least three separate bugs relating to the same log message. It might be a good idea to choose which one you subscribe to carefully:
Bug 1857392: The messages appear occasionally and do not impact performance. Bug 1777708: The messages appear when switching between multiple keyboards and input is slow to respond.
