I can confirm the same issue with Ubuntu 20.04 and the Nextcloud client 3.1.3-20210218.151938.3842d306f-1.0~focal1. It appeared after the update from version 33-1 to 33.1-0ubuntu0.20.04.1.
It does not appear when I manuyll downgrade to 33-1. The issue has been confirmed and fixed already upstream, see this github issue: https://github.com/ubuntu/gnome-shell-extension-appindicator/pull/260 Is there a way to update to either update the latest version or backport the fix?
