I am a bit unsure if I am experiencing the same error with gnome shell in 21.04 because the bug description is a bit vaque...
Anyhow since 21.04 sometimes after I pressed the app grid button (or super+A) the panel, the dock and everything else EXCEPT the window previews in the overview disappear.
