Thanks for the bug report. Since so many bugs are caused by extensions,
please try removing these as a first step:

'mediapla...@patapon.info', 'add-username-toppa...@brendaw.com'
Then log in again and verify the bug still happens. If it does then
please also try disabling 'Ubuntu Dock' in the Extensions app.
