  The list should lists plugins in the categories with checkboxes to
  enable/disable them on the left column

  The patch is changing the LIB definition so it could lead to issue
  finding other assets though in practice the value was null before the
  fix and the plugin seems to be the only code relying on that resource
  definition so the risk is limited

  Just installed 22.04 and Shotwell but I cannot enable any plugin, no one
  available.
