In the past, we've treated this as part of the micro-release exception for
GNOME, but evolution is not part of core GNOME.

There is one more package in the evolution stack: evolution-ews. But I don't
think I have an EWS account to test, so I'm skipping that update this time.
There are new evolution 3.44 releases monthly until October.
