Actually, I just checked gnome-online-accounts in the gnome-control- center under X11 nvidia and it is also broken for the Google login. Clicking the Google Account under the Online Accounts options, produces and empty window whereas under Wayland nvidia, the sign in content is displayed. So https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webkit2gtk/+bug/2023322 appears to be the same issue and remains unresolved in 23.10.
