This problem occurs when changing workspace  or moving an application to
another workspace.

If I move to another workspace with the "ctrl + alt + right/left button"
keys or try to move an application to another workspace with the "shift
+ ctrl + alt + right/left" keys, the arrow keys lose their function.
Most of the time, workspace migration is not done or the application is
not moved.
