Workaround that works for me: Via Extensions app disable extension
called "Ubuntu tiling assistant"

Also, I use <Super><Alt>Down for moving windows among workspaces so I
disabled new bindings:

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.keybindings shift-overview-up '[]'
gsettings set org.gnome.shell.keybindings shift-overview-down '[]'

Further, I have experienced <Super> not showing Overlay. It can be fixed
by:

gsettings set org.gnome.mutter overlay-key "['<Super>']"

Rest of shortcuts I described in
https://www.kubos.cz/2018/07/19/ubuntu-18-workspaces-grid.html still
works, I will update article soon.
