1.) I Upgraded 22.04.* LTS AMD to 24.04.1 LTS AMD
All was fine - except my Printer has stopped working (this has worked before
the Upgrade!), but is installed again.
This https://ibb.co/Sfxz7nY I didn't see in this first Step

2.) After a new reboot on the next day, I saw this
https://ibb.co/Sfxz7nY (Printer doubled, blocked settings, so on)

3.) I've installed first (KDE-System-Einstellungen)
https://ibb.co/0CFmpwx and this worked great from starting the first
time

4.) I installed system-config-printer also and this works too

I'm not sure what this problem with "gnome-control-center" has cause:
- cups bug?
- missing files for one or more components?
- gtk bug?
- gnome-control-center-bug?
- wrong permissions?
- all of them?

My Hardware was exact the same on 20.04.* LTS as now.
