Debian is frozen in preparation for the Debian 13 release. I am struggling with capacity currently. Since I don't immediately plan to file unblock requests for vte2.91 and gnome-terminal, I didn't do uploads in Debian. These packages are good candidates for unblocks; it just needs someone to do the work.

On the other hand, we plan to ship GNOME 49 for Ubuntu 25.10.
