Only gnome-session 50.x was ever affected by this bug thanks to a new sanity 
check it does on startup.
Although we could still verify the general case, that is 
`graphical-session.target` should never be active in a tty/ssh session:

* log out from the graphical session
* switch tty
* log in
* verify that `systemctl --user status graphical-session.target` is inactive
