Hi all, i'm italian, sorry for my english. I notice the same problem with my HP Pavilion zt1155 with combo DVD reader/CD-RW writer. But the news is that when i use my USB U3 2GB memory (SanDisk Cruzer Micro) it mount two external unit (this behavior is correct), one is CDROM unit and the other is Removable media. The CDROM unit look empty! Let me know if need anymore informations.
