Okay i de- and reinstalled the mentioned gnome theme (nimbus 0.0.5-1) via Synaptic.
Works perfectly, cannot sense any problems so far. :) Good job! Cheers Oliver P.S: there are a few (graphic) bugs in the theme (mostly graphic bugs with widgets and icons; for example if you highlight/hover with the mouse on a menu option in the control panel then the background of the control panel is set to the highlighted color even if its no more highlighted) but that is by design of the theme i guess. I have experienced this by some other gnome themes as well so i think its a gtk bug or so.
